1. Who we are
Anvil Arms is an online trading division of Forge Consulting Limited, a UK-registered firearms dealer. We sell firearm parts and accessories and 3-D models (software) the online sale of which is not controlled by UK firearms legislation.
2. Orders
- All orders subject to availability and acceptance
- We may cancel orders where pricing errors occur (you will be refunded in full)
- Contract formed when we dispatch your order (email confirmation is not acceptance)
- You must be 18+ to order
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices include UK VAT where applicable
- Delivery costs added at checkout: £6.50 for goods order value up to £50; free delivery for goods order value over £50.
- Payment via BTCPay Server (Bitcoin on-chain or Lightning Network), or contact us for GBP/Euro bank transfer
- Goods remain our property until paid in full
4. Delivery
- UK delivery times stated at checkout
- Risk passes to you on delivery
- Lost parcels: we will investigate; replacement at our discretion after 10 working days
5. Returns and Cancellations
- 14-day cooling-off period under Consumer Contracts Regulations

- Custom/personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production starts
6. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
- Our total liability is limited to the order value

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and do not affect your statutory rights.
