Your right to cancel

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel for any reason. You do not need to give a reason.

How to return

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 14 days stating you wish to cancel.
  2. Return the item within 14 days of notifying us (28 days total from receipt).
  3. Include your order number in the package.

Condition of returns

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item is faulty)
  • We recommend using tracked delivery — you are liable until we receive it

Refunds

  • Timescale: Within 14 days of receiving your returned item
  • Method: Refunded to original payment method
  • Amount: Full item cost including standard shipping. Original shipping only refunded if entire order returned.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty or wrong item:

  • Email us within 14 days at [email protected] with photos
  • We will replace or refund at no cost
  • We will cover return postage for faulty items

Exceptions

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Items sealed for hygiene reasons that have been opened
  • Items damaged due to misuse
